Admission : Good afternoon Mam. How can I help you? (Selamat siang Ibu. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?)

Patient : I want to check up. I have a headache. Where should I go? (Saya mau periksa. Kepala saya sakit. Kemanakah saya harus pergi?)

Admission : Here we have a GP (General Practitioners) and a specialist. Which one do you want to choose, Mam? (Disini kami memiliki dokter umum dan dokter spesialis. Ibu ingin memilih yang mana?).

Patient : I want to see a general practitioner. (Saya ingin memeriksakan diri di dokter umum).

Admission : As you can see, there is still a line. Please take queue first. We will call you later. Please take a seat and wait patiently. (Sebagaimana yang Ibu lihat, disana masih ada antrean. Silahkan Ibu ambil terlebih dahulu antreannya. Nanti kami akan panggil. Silahkan duduk dan mohon menunggu).

Admission : Queue No. 23. (Calling the patient). Excuse me Mam, have you been here before or is this for the first time? (Antrean No 23. (Memanggil pasien). Maaf Ibu, sebelumnya Ibu sudah pernah kesini atau ini pertama kalinya?)

Patient : This is the first time. (Ini pertama kali).

Admission : If this is the first time, may I borrow your Passport/ Identity Card, Mam? (Jika ini pertama kali, bisakah saya pinjam Paspor/KTPnya Bu?).

Patient : This is my ID. (Ini KTP saya).

Admission : Thank you Mam. I borrow this ID to be copied. Here Mam I return your ID. Please don’t lose it. After that, please fill in this form. (Terima kasih Ibu. Saya pinjam dulu KTPnya untuk di foto copy. Ini Ibu saya kembalikan KTPnya. Jangan sampai hilang ya. Selanjutnya, mohon diisi formulir ini).

Patient : Alright, here it is. (Baiklah, ini formulirnya).  

Admission : Thank you Mam for filling out the form. Please wait a moment, I will input the data first. This is the evidence of the registration, please take it to the general polyclinic. Later you will be called according to queue number. Please go to the 2nd floor then turn right. (Terima kasih ibu karena sudah mengisi formulirnya. Mohon ditunggu, saya akan input datanya terlebih dahulu. Ini bukti pendaftarannya, silahkan Ibu bawa ke poli umum. Nanti akan dipanggil sesuai dengan nomor antrean. Silahkan Ibu menuju lantai dua lalu belok kanan).

Patient : Alright, thank you. (Baik, terima kasih).
